The role involves maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems, performing repairs, and assisting with building maintenance. Requirements

  • Schedule and complete equipment PMs.
  • Operate and maintain boilers, kitchens, and laundry equipment.
  • Assist mechanics and contractors.
  • Repair and maintain commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Repair and maintain swimming pool and pool equipment.
  • Receive and execute work orders via radio.
  • Understand and follow hotel rules and regulations.
  • Understand and follow OSHA rules.
