Job Description
ASRC Federal Communications is seeking an Electrician for our ISS2 contract supporting our Air Force customer. The position is located Eareckson Air Station (EAS), Shemya, AK. The selected employee will work a rotational schedule with 3 months on shift and 1 month off, with on-site housing and meals provided. Transportation from Anchorage, AK is provided by government sponsored aircraft.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Journeyman Electrician's License
  • Ability to perform associated mathematical calculations
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of safety management
  • Strong MS Office and other computer skills
  • Knowledge of pertinent local, state and federal laws, ordinances, codes, and rules
  • Ability to speak, write and read English
  • State driver's licenses and acceptable record
  • Pass a background check, drug screening, fingerprints, and a fit-for-duty physical exam
  • Be a US citizen and obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
