Role OverviewThe Electrician will perform technical, mechanical, electrical, and manual work in control rooms, operating, and/or assembly and shop areas of an engineering test facility. The selected candidate will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.
What You Will Do
Checks out and prepares plant equipment and test facility equipment for operations, prepares test articles for testing, installs test articles and checks installations, troubleshoots equipment, test articles, and installations in case of malfunctions, operates plant and test equipment during tests, and removes test articles after test.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent, four years of electrician experience in the working section of an aeronautical test facility operation, and be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to understand, give and take directions.

- Four years of electrician experience in the working section of an aeronautical test facility operation
- Valid State Driver's License
- Current United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network
