Role OverviewADM is seeking a safety-focused Electrician to support our peanut shelling plant in Headland, AL. This full-time position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems across all facility operations.
What You Will Do
Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, troubleshoot and diagnose issues in low and medium voltage systems, perform preventative and predictive maintenance on motors and drives, and read and interpret electrical schematics.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Electrician may be called upon to support general maintenance or millwright work when electrical tasks are not active, and must be willing to work in environments with dust, grease, and varying temperatures.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an industrial electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes, and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Experience with 480V 3-phase wiring, motor control, and diagnostics
- Ability to troubleshoot, install, and repair a wide range of plant electrical systems
