Role OverviewWe are seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician to join our team in Macon, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, modifying, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure products meet specifications. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision.
What You Will Do
The Electro Mechanical Technician will troubleshoot electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls, and communicate with Maintenance & Production Supervisors/Managers. They will also assist in training and skill upgrading of other maintenance and production personnel, and maintain excellent housekeeping standards to ensure a safe work area.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least three (3) years of experience in mechanics
- At least three (3) years of experience in controls
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Technical school certificate or diploma in a specific work-related area, such as electronics technology or electro-mechanical engineering technology
