Electromagnetic Warfare (EMW) Training Specialist

What You Will Do

Deliver advanced Electromagnetic Warfare (EMW) instruction in classroom, laboratory, and shipboard environments. Train operators and technicians on the tactical and operational employment of the AN/SLQ‐32(V) system family and Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT). Conduct hands‐on instruction using embedded training systems including BEWT I/II, SEWTT, ACTS, BFTT, and ATD.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) or equivalent EMW operational background, with a working knowledge of the AN/SLQ‐32(V) system family and Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT).

Requirements

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
• Experience as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) or equivalent EMW operational background
• Experience with sea duty supporting shipboard Electromagnetic Warfare operations
• Experience deploying overseas in support of operational fleet missions
• Demonstrated experience training, instructing, or mentoring sailors in EMW systems or operations
• Working knowledge of the AN/SLQ‐32(V) system family and Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT)
• Experience with embedded training systems including BEWT I/II, SEWTT, ACTS, BFTT, or ATD
• Ability to perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault isolation in EMW environments
• Ability to lead or support small training teams and operate independently in shipboard environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance to start
