Job Description
The Electron Ion Collider (EIC) is a new scientific facility being built at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The EIC Project Director will lead a multidisciplinary and multi-institutional team to deliver this unique facility.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in science, engineering, or related field
  • At least 15 years of management or technical project experience
  • Experience at a major experimental research facility
  • Proven successful management of large complex scientific and technical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated record of supporting the professional development of staff
