Job Description
This is highly skilled electronics and electrician work in wiring, testing, installation, calibration and repair of electrical equipment, instruments, programmable logic controllers, data transmission and acquisition systems, computers, telemetry, electrical co-generation equipment and audio/video equipment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school (or G.E.D.) AND journeyman electrician with a certificate in electronics or related field
  • Graduation from high school (or G.E.D.) AND completion of a four year certificate program in electronics or an electronic related field
  • Associate degree in Electronics
  • 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment
  • Thorough training and competence in the use of personal computers and windows operating systems
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of computer hosted data acquisition systems including PLC and/or RTU functions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Not colorblind
