Role OverviewThe EFB Program Manager operates at the intersection of aircrew operations, IT communications, and security directives. This individual manages the software, hardware, and strict security compliance for mobile devices utilized by bomber aircrews to ensure all safety-of-flight publications are current and accessible.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary Wing/Group EFB Manager, managing the program in accordance with AFGSCI 11-270 and liaising directly with the AFGSC/A3TV Program Manager. Act as the EFB system administrator using BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (BBUEM) to configure, track, issue, and maintain mobile devices.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of iOS and MacOS operating systems.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strongly desired: Two (2) years of IT experience specifically focused on mobile device management (MDM).
- Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
