Role OverviewThe Electronic Security Project Manager will lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors in installing electronic security systems for clients in Phoenix, Arizona. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring robust communication with customers and team members to meet stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned projects and report on job status, schedule updates, and risk mitigation steps throughout the project's lifecycle.
What You Will Do
The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee multiple projects, lead a team of Senior/Lead Techs, Jr Techs, and subcontractors, and ensure that work is done as expected by i2G systems and all stakeholders. The Project Manager will also maintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality, and assist with creating proposals as needed.

Requirements
- Previous project management in electronic security systems field
- Working knowledge of Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, Fire systems, and/or DMP
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or Smartsheets
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 5+ Years previous experience with electronic security systems required
- PMP certification preferred
