Job Description
ELECTRONIC SECURITY SERVICE TECHNICIANS NEEDED IN COLUMBUS, OH! Cennox is seeking full-time, enthusiastic Electronic Security Service Technicians to join our expanding Electronic Security division. We are looking for passionate, experienced security professionals that are ready to work in an environment that allows you to grow as Cennox grows.

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge and training in the electronic security industry preferred
  • Previous experience with Physical Security and VAT Systems
  • Smart-phone familiarity and technologically savvy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
  • Have mechanical/technological/electrical aptitude
  • Ability to interpret written instructions and documents
  • Ability to learn through telephone training
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge in surveillance and security systems with basic understanding of electronics, wiring, local and national codes
  • IP Video and IT/Networking knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, timelines, and other plans/or drawings
  • Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, Radionics, 3VR, Verint, and March Networks knowledge preferred
  • Banking experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to maintain a reliable vehicle
