Role OverviewThis position will focus on site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. The successful Site Lead/Sr Tech will work with minimal supervision, provide daily updates, and reach out to their project manager for support as needed. The goal is to train replacements and advance into Project Management.
What You Will Do
Follow project scheduling, direct subcontractor communications, manage technicians and subcontractors, perform installation and training, troubleshoot and maintain control systems, document project changes, and perform final Test and Acceptance of security systems.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of general access control systems
- Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred
- 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience
