Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RF communication products, setup and conduct tests, utilize specialized test equipment, perform firmware updates, alignments, and component-level repairs, and document service activities.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of RF theory with analog and digital electronics
- Proficiency in soldering and reworking PCBs at component level
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and service manuals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff members and customers
- Confidentiality and Strong attention to detail and time management skills
