Role OverviewThe Electronics Technician III will help maintain all aspects of flight test systems for advanced fighter aircraft. The Technician will conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modification, inspection, wire repair, and troubleshooting. Apply technical knowledge of electronic principles to solve complex problems using diagrams, schematics, engineering data, and test equipment.
What You Will Do
Perform operational checks, pre & post flight procedures, troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation on-aircraft as required. Fabricate, terminate, and repair cable harnesses, conduct electronic tests on a regular basis, and build prototype electronic assemblies.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college
- International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (ISCET) certification
- Comprehensive knowledge in general electronics
- Demonstrated expertise in electronic, electro-mechanical, and computer systems
- Experience with tubes, transistors, logic gates, and/or high-power radio frequency (RF) devices
- Expert-level troubleshooting and soldering capabilities
- Valid, state-issued driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
