Role Overview

We are seeking an Electroplating Process Engineer to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group. This is an opportunity to contribute to a team developing cutting-edge solutions for RF devices and EO imaging systems by leveraging 3D integration technologies and state of the art materials.

What You Will Do

Support fabrication operations by providing technical support in fabrication processes; working with a team of technicians and engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting. Maintain current processes, optimize existing processes, and train in safe and efficient operations of the Electroplating process cells.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Electroplating, Material Science, Wafer Fabrication and/or Semiconductor.
  • Experience in a 200mm manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to solve technical problems, project ownership, meeting deadlines, and multitasking.
  • Thorough sense of ownership, drive, and dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve processes.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including technical writing for summarizing data and findings, writing process and equipment specifications and work instructions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
