Role OverviewAs an Elementary Daily Substitute, you will enable children to pursue their education as smoothly and completely as possible in the absence of the regular teacher. You will review plans and schedules with the principal, teach lessons prepared by the absent teacher, and report on the day's activities.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include teaching lessons, maintaining established routines and procedures, and overseeing pupil behavior. You will also consult with the building principal and/or supervisor before initiating any lesson or procedure not specified in the teacher's plans.

Requirements
- high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Completion of District's Substitute Workshop (as required by the district)
