Job Description
The Granite YMCA is hiring a full-time Site Director to lead our Before and After School Child Care Program at an elementary school location. This role oversees day-to-day site operations and delivers high-quality youth programming.

Requirements

  • Lead planning, organization, and implementation of daily curriculum and enrichment activities
  • Maintain compliance with NH Child Care Licensing requirements and recordkeeping
  • Promote YMCA core values and Character Development initiatives
  • Supervise, train, and mentor program staff and volunteers
  • Build strong partnerships with school administrators, families, and community members
