Role OverviewThe Elementary School Teaching Fellow will work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to co-teach and develop their craft in a kindergarten through fourth-grade classroom. The role requires strong relationships with students and families, and a commitment to professional learning and growth.

The Fellow will co-teach small group and whole group lessons, take on solo lead teaching responsibilities, and work with a grade-level team to achieve ambitious goals for student character and academic achievement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Pass Criminal Background Check

- Prior experience working with children encouraged, but not required
