Role OverviewThe Elementary SPED Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a rigorous and engaging learning environment for students with special needs. They will develop and implement special education programs, maintain IEPs and 504s, and provide case management for students receiving special education supports.
What You Will Do
The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing unit and daily lesson plans, infusing core values into daily lessons, and maintaining accurate student grades and records. They will also provide necessary accommodations and modifications for students with special needs.

Requirements
- 2+ years of SPED full-time teaching experience in an urban setting
- Bachelor's degree
- Pennsylvania State certification Level I or II (strongly preferred)
