Role OverviewAs a BASIS Ed Elementary Learning Expert Teacher, you will use your expertise in learning to address the differentiated needs of your students. You will collaborate with Subject Expert Teachers to handle the main instruction in classes, allowing you to focus on individual student results and needs. This role is part of a co-teaching model where two elementary school teachers co-create with students at all times.
What You Will Do
Your primary job responsibilities will include leading a cohort of students through classroom transitions, collaborating with Subject Expert Teachers for each class period, and providing individualized or small group instruction to meet the differentiated needs of students.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Demonstrated passion for student achievement and directed effort to raise individual student outcomes
