Job Description
We are seeking a mission-driven Elementary Teacher to join our dedicated team of World Changers. You will provide high-quality, equitable instruction that nurtures the spiritual, academic, and social growth of every scholar.
Requirements
Instructional Excellence: Design and execute engaging, standard-aligned lesson plans for core subjects (Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies).
Data-Driven Growth: Utilize i-Ready and other evidence-based tools to create personalized learning pathways and monitor student progress.
Restorative Classroom Management: Maintain a calm, firm, and supportive environment that prioritizes student safety and emotional well-being.
Holistic Development: Incorporate African American heritage and Christian values into daily instruction to build Third Day leaders.
Collaboration: Participate actively in a team-based culture, including grade-level planning, instructional coaching, and school-wide events.
Family Partnership: Maintain consistent, open communication with parents and guardians to support student success.
