We are seeking enthusiastic, intelligent individuals to join the elementary school teams at our Austin campuses. As a teacher at Challenger, you will teach individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence alongside grammar and math. Our classes are fast paced, fun, and have a proven curriculum already in place.

Requirements

  • Thoroughly learn Challenger's curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
  • Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment
  • Prepare lesson plans and teach daily classes
  • Grade daily student homework assignments
  • Consistently attend required training and teaching days
  • Communicate regularly with parents and administrators on student progress
  • Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers
