Role OverviewA LifeWise teacher will combine in-depth Bible knowledge and outstanding teaching abilities to share the gospel with churched and unchurched public school students in a classroom setting. Our ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is caring, perceptive and proficient in teaching children.
What You Will Do
Teach LifeWise classes, utilize the LifeWise curriculum, and implement policies, procedures, and resources. Maintain records, prepare for substitute teachers, and maintain the classroom. Act as a LifeWise Academy ambassador, build relationships with volunteers, and promote and communicate LifeWise's religious mission.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience (with students) in either a school or church setting
- A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
- Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the 'What We Believe' section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
