Role Overview

This is a professional position assigned to the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency. The Eligibility Specialist II provides back-up to the unit's supervisor in day-to-day duties, including reviewing cases, performing case reviews, giving feedback, and providing training and/or mentoring to unit members.

What You Will Do

Performs quality management system reviews, reviews case reading errors, analyzes data, provides training, determines eligibility for public assistance benefits, maintains assigned work responsibilities, identifies cases of possible fraud, and ensures electronic case records are documented thoroughly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
