Job Description
The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking an Eligibility Systems Lead to provide advanced technical, policy, and procedural program support for the Department's most mission-critical information systems. The incumbent will serve as a vital link between the Office of Technology for Human Services (OTHS) and diverse stakeholders, ensuring the stability, compliance, and continuous optimization of the technology platforms that facilitate the delivery of social and community service programs.

Requirements

  • Provide guidance and training to IT Functional Analyst staff
  • Perform data fixes and updates to resolve automated case deficiencies
  • Monitor and manage user system access
  • Review system documentation and releases to analyze existing applications for efficiency and proactive identification of functional enhancements and improvements for system stability
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
