Job Description
Cetera is seeking an Elite Reporting and Billing Professional to provide operational support and customer service to clients and advisors. This role involves processing work associated with department operations, providing phone support, and cross-training team members. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of brokerage operations and be able to multitask effectively.

Requirements

  • Support Cetera’s Advisory Programs
  • Operational support and customer service for various departments within the organization and advisors across the Cetera Network
  • Understanding of advisory programs and billing methodologies
  • Perform various asset calculations/reconciliation
  • Provide phone support for department
  • Cross train team members on billing functions and workflows
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team, including escalations, workflow management, and subject matter expert
  • Proactively work to identify and resolve potential problems with operational and/or billing issues
  • Maintain department documentation
  • Assist with key metric reporting
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via Sales Force, email, mail, and phone
  • Partner with internal teams to come to a resolution
  • First point of contact for escalations with the ability to handle cases that require detailed research on customer accounts
