The role involves leading, managing, and motivating the roofing sales team, training and coaching sales representatives, and establishing sales goals and tracking KPIs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing sales and/or roofing management
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation
- Experience with siding, windows, gutters, soffit & fascia, and other exterior home improvement services
- Ability to identify when a roof needs repair, maintenance, or full replacement
- Understanding of common roofing issues, including leaks, damaged shingles, flashing problems, ventilation issues, and storm damage
- Ability to evaluate a customer's home improvement needs and recommend the appropriate solution
- Previous experience managing, training, or leading a sales team
- Strong knowledge of the complete sales process, from lead generation and inspection through closing and project handoff
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate sales opportunities and help representatives close difficult deals
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments when needed
