Email Marketing Expert (Klaviyo)

We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and criterion-based profile to manage the email and CRM channels of several e-commerce brands at once. You will work directly with the founders, hand in hand with the CMO, in an agency that manages the entire business of its clients: accounting, web, retention, and acquisition.

What You Will Do

Configure and manage multiple Klaviyo accounts in parallel. Design, set up, and maintain complete automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, checkout, product/navigated abandoned, post-purchase, inactive customer recovery, and database cleaning. Plan and execute the campaign calendar for each brand, adjusted to the Spanish commercial calendar (sales, Black Friday, Kings, Father's/Mother's Day) and client launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience specifically in email marketing, retention, and CRM for e-commerce
• Advanced mastery of Klaviyo: flows with logic triggers and conditions, segmentation, deliverability, template management, and integration with Shopify
• Real and demonstrable experience with concrete results: email contribution to revenue, recovered income, conversion metrics
• Experience in e-commerce/DTC with physical product (B2C)
• Ability to manage multiple e-commerce accounts simultaneously with autonomy and personal criterion
• Ability to write and copywrite emails adapted to each brand's voice
• Functional knowledge of Shopify: catalog, products, discount codes, integration with Klaviyo, and purchase funnel
• Functional knowledge of Figma: review, comment, and direct mockups before setting them up in Klaviyo
• Business-minded profile: thinks in P&L, margin, and profit, not vanity metrics
• Direct honesty, proactivity, self-exigency, and ability to work without micro-management
