Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Email Marketing Manager to build and grow our Lifecycle Marketing team to enhance customer engagement and retention throughout their entire journey. The Email Marketing Manager will join our Small Business Team (OnDeck and Headway Capital) reporting to the Head of Marketing, SMB and will be responsible for driving units, volume, and efficiency through email and SMS programs across the full customer journey.

What You Will Do

Develop and deploy campaigns and customer experiences directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, owning hands-on execution across audience segmentation, journey logic, and send cadence. Develop and maintain an A/B testing program covering subject lines, CTAs, offer structure, send frequency, and segments with a focus on driving business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM, with a track record of running high-volume programs where business results were the scoreboard.
• Backgrounds in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or subscription businesses are strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable ESP (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable).
• A disciplined approach to A/B testing: you know what you're testing, why it matters, and how to build on what you learn over time.
• Strong segmentation and data analysis skills, with the ability to use insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and program design.
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills, including the ability to write a solid creative brief, align stakeholders, and push back when something doesn't serve the customer or the business.
