Job Description
PetScreening is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own and scale the email channel, driving measurable pipeline growth, revenue contribution, and customer retention through intelligent segmentation, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling email marketing programs
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot including automation workflows, segmentation logic, reporting, and optimization
  • Demonstrated success using segmentation and personalization to drive measurable performance lift
  • Proven experience running structured A/B testing programs and optimizing based on statistical results
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards and performance models
