D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Email Marketing Production Manager to oversee email marketing campaigns across national and multi-market operations. The right candidate will develop and manage email marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, and maintain campaign performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Develop and manage email marketing strategies and campaign calendars
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, copy development, and deployment
  • Maintain and govern email template libraries
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes
  • Partner with division and marketing teams to gather content and campaign requirements
  • Develop and maintain campaign production workflows and documentation
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and implement improvements to optimize results
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to align email campaigns with broader demand generation strategies
