Role OverviewJoin CS Group USA as an Embedded Systems Expert to work on complex high-tech systems for the most prestigious aerospace manufacturers in the country. The team operates primarily remotely, with employees based across multiple U.S. states, offering flexibility while staying closely connected. The ideal candidate will be capable of architecting a system from concept through certification, with extensive experience in Real-Time Embedded Systems (RTES) and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) environments.
What You Will Do
Architect end-to-end avionics software systems from concept through certification, lead development of safety-critical embedded software in compliance with DO-178C, and support certification audits and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong experience in embedded software development
- Extensive hands-on 12+ years of experience with DO-178C certification programs
- U.S. citizenship is required
