Role OverviewWe're seeking a Trauma Focused Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal and grow. We're especially interested in clinicians with experience in EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma-focused therapy, or other trauma-informed approaches.
What You Will Do
Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans, provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy, use evidence-based and creative therapeutic interventions, and maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians.

Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration
- 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Experience with EMDR, Brainspotting, or other evidence-based trauma treatments preferred
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance billing, and community resources
