Requirements
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school
- Current BCLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Current Handle with Care certification
- Professional nursing experience within an Emergency Department
- Demonstrated leadership experience specifically within an Emergency Department environment
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead staff effectively in a fast-paced and high-acuity clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills
