What You Will Do
The Emergency Management Case Manager & Lead will work as part of the Case Management team, performing duties such as attending meetings and conference calls, managing individual workloads, and ensuring productivity and communications. The role also involves reviewing records for inconsistencies, investigating and resolving issues, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least one year of professional case management, social services, emergency management, or disaster recovery experience
- At least one year experience documenting client services and maintaining confidential records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
- Capable of multi-tasking when necessary
- Strong familiarity with state and local governments is necessary
- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
