Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Manager (EM) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planner to join our T3W Business Solution team in support of the NIWC. The contractor shall develop, maintain and execute all planning requirements on the integration of continuity of operations in the research, development, acquisition, and logistical support of equipment, systems, and facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in EM and COOP Management
  • Certified in EM and COOP (local, state, or international)
  • Strong knowledge of EM/COOP policies, directives, and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide senior-level briefings
  • Proficiency in task management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with DOD stakeholders and other organizations
  • Active Secret Clearance
