What You Will Do
Responds to 911 calls, assess patient conditions, perform basic life support procedures, and assist in patient transport and transfer.

Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Certified as an EMT in the State of Texas
- CPR certification
- 911 Areas – Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS)
- Communicate effectively
- Read, write, and interpret instructions in the English language
- Previous experience preferred in emergency care
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and an insurable driver record
