Role OverviewAs an Emergency Replacement Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial HVAC customers by providing fast, responsive solutions for emergency replacement needs. Working primarily over the phone, you'll manage an assigned territory of customer accounts, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help grow Lennox's market presence.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial customer accounts within your assigned territory. Sell Lennox commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and services through inbound and outbound phone calls. Prepare quotes, close sales, and provide timely solutions for customers with urgent replacement needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to listen, communicate effectively, negotiate, and influence customers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, product presentations, closing techniques, and account development.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Intermediate knowledge of commercial HVAC products or related industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
