Job Description
SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a driven, compassionate, and responsive Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses during critical moments. The role requires residency within Harrisburg or surrounding areas. The coordinator will respond to emergency leads, build relationships with customers, and provide reassurance during stressful situations.

Requirements

  • Arrive quickly to fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners
  • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and decision-makers
  • Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting and territory research to identify new opportunities
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally across all customer interactions
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response
