Job Description
We are looking for an Emergency Room Diversion Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at JRI's Children's Friend and Family Services division. In this role, you will collaborate with a clinician, BCBA, and/or Family Partner to address the unique needs of individuals and families through various methods such as assessment, safety planning, coaching, psychoeducation, skill-building, and connecting them to both informal and formal supports.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field from an accredited university with one (1) year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • Experience working with children is required. Candidates who have experience working with community mental health are preferred.
