What You Will Do
Provide operational and clinical leadership for emergency department nursing staff, support staffing assignments, patient flow, and coordination of care, and promote patient safety, quality care, and adherence to hospital policies.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of recent acute-care experience as an ER Manager or Supervisor
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or applicable multistate compact RN license
- No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
- Availability to meet the department's current evening and night leadership needs
