Replit is looking for an Emerging Talent - Recruiting Program Manager to build and own the early career recruiting program, create enablement infrastructure, and develop systems and playbooks that compound over time.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years in Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a high-growth tech startup
  • Experience building programs from scratch
  • Innovation and curiosity about AI and recruiting
  • Velocity and operational excellence
  • High agency and self-starter mindset
  • Early career instincts and knowledge of new grad recruiting
