Role OverviewAs a key member of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Emerging Tech Enablement team, you will design, develop, and operationalize Enterprise AI Agents that drive developer productivity and accelerate AI adoption across U.S. Bank. You will take full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready, testable code that scales beyond proof-of-concept stage.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain Enterprise AI Agents that demonstrate innovative AI capabilities aligned with PDLC initiatives and drive adoption of AI-enabled development workflows. Develop AI-enabled proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and rapid prototypes that validate emerging AI platforms, tools, and capabilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge through internal innovation programs, hackathons, and cross-team enablement initiatives. You will collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to scale, refine, and operationalize PoC solutions.
