Job Description
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will ensure a smooth and efficient airport experience for passengers. Your responsibilities will include checking in passengers, verifying documentation, assigning seats, and assisting passengers with any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and other FAA required identification/seals
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including, weekends and holidays
  • Work is done indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs
