Role OverviewAt Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices.
What You Will Do
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
- Ability to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience providing mental health services.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 - $78,000 per year
