Job Description
Empirical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and evolve their recruiting and People function. The role combines recruiting leadership, client-facing communication, process design, and team enablement.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to technical recruiting
Proven experience owning end-to-end recruiting strategy, metrics, and delivery outcomes
Experience leading and mentoring a team
Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and platforms
Proven experience hiring globally distributed talent
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments, with strong task management, prioritization skills, and ownership over decisions
