The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of servicing our employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team.
What You Will Do
Lead the service of employee benefits accounts, including renewals, plan design, and day-to-day client inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements
- Possess an active Life & Health Insurance license (state of Texas)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Employee Benefits for an independent agency
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite tools and benefit administration systems
- Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service effectively
- Collaborative and works well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
