Role OverviewAs our EB Account Manager, you will collaborate with the EB Account Executive and Producer/Adviser to effectively manage and oversee all facets of client service, ensuring the delivery of thorough, accurate assistance, and effective problem resolution for clients.
What You Will Do
Provides day-to-day client service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, anticipating client needs and responding promptly to questions and issues. Identifies, anticipates, and troubleshoots problems associated with the client’s benefits program.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Works closely with Producer/Adviser(s) and Account Executive to ensure the retention of existing accounts. Prepares small group fully insured RFPs and proposals with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- Valid Colorado Life and Health Insurance license
- 1-2 years of experience in EB Account Management insurance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in utilizing a desktop or laptop computer, calculator, agency management system, and all Microsoft products
