Role OverviewWe are seeking an Employee Benefits Attorney with at least 12 years of experience to join our Hartford, CT; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate has experience with qualified plans, nonqualified plans, and executive compensation, as well as drafting plan documents and amendments and dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions.
What You Will Do
The Employee Benefits Attorney will advise clients in ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, 403B, and health and welfare plans, and will work with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions.

Requirements
- At least 12 years of employee benefits experience
- Experience with qualified plans, nonqualified plans, and executive compensation
- Ability to draft plan documents and amendments
- Experience dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions
- Admission to the state bar in the state where the office is located, or ability to become admitted after hire
- Graduation from law school and practice experience
