Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Attorney with at least 12 years of experience to join a full-service law firm in Hartford, CT, Stamford, CT, or Boston, MA. The ideal candidate has experience with qualified plans, nonqualified plans, executive compensation, and complex benefits issues. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements
At least 12 years of employee benefits experience
Experience with qualified plans, nonqualified plans, and executive compensation
Experience drafting plan documents and amendments
Experience dealing with complex benefits issues
Experience advising clients in ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, 403B, and health and welfare plans
Admitted to the bar in the state of Connecticut (or able to become admitted)
